Job Description

Role: Senior System Administrator

Seniority Level: Senior

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field

Required Experience: 46 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and workstations
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including Group Policies and user lifecycle management
  • Support Azure AD / Cloud AD deployments and integrations

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Hands-on expertise in Linux administration
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS support
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, IAM concepts, and Azure AD
  • Experience with open-source applications
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Experience with specific open-source tools like Wazuh, Passbolt, Grafana, Zabbix
  • O365 basic understanding/management
  • Knowledge of EPS-tool, policies, DLP, EDR-XDR
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms like EXsi
  • Network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics)

Must-Have Soft Skills

  • Good logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability of work
