Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS platforms
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and workstations
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory environments, including Group Policies and user lifecycle management
- Support Azure AD / Cloud AD deployments and integrations
Must-Have Skills/Technologies
- Hands-on expertise in Linux administration
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS support
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, IAM concepts, and Azure AD
- Experience with open-source applications
- Working knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies
- Experience with specific open-source tools like Wazuh, Passbolt, Grafana, Zabbix
- O365 basic understanding/management
- Knowledge of EPS-tool, policies, DLP, EDR-XDR
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms like EXsi
- Network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics)
