THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experiencedITSystems Administratorto join our dynamicGlobalIT team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forthe administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Windows physical and virtual server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. This role requiresexpertisein systems administration, patch management, Azure,HyperV, VMware, Active Directory, IT ticket resolution, V 2 V migrations,documentationand IT auditing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Systems Administration & Maintenance

• Manage,monitor, andmaintainWindows-based servers and related infrastructure.

• Administer and troubleshootHyperVand VMware virtual environments.

• Oversee andoptimizecloud environments, primarily Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services).

• Patching & Security

• Coordinate and execute regular patch management for operating systems, virtual hosts, and applications.

• Ensure all systemscomply withsecurity policies and best practices.

• Active Directory & Identity Management

• AdministerActive Directory (user/group management,GPOs, OU management,replication, etc.).

• Documentation

• Develop andmaintaincomprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, topology diagrams, and recovery plans.

• Ensureall changes and incidents are properly documentedin accordance withITIL standards.

• IT Tickets & Support

• Respondto,investigate, and resolve escalated IT tickets from the helpdesk and other IT staff.

• Provide mentoring and technical support to junior administrators and service desk analysts.

• Projects & Implementation

• Lead andparticipatein IT projects (system upgrades, migrations, new deployments, integrations, ITInfrastructureand business application projects etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

• Auditing & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits of system access, configuration, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular audits of backups and servers.

• Reporting

• Creation of Azure and BI Reports

We'reLookingfor Someone With:

• Strongexpertisein Windows Server,HyperV, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Azure.

• Proven experience with patching tools (WSUS, SCCM, or similar).

• Proficient in Active Directory and Group Policy management.

• Solid understanding of IT security and compliance frameworks.

• Experience handling IT projects from conception to completion.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration in an enterprise environment.

• Experience supporting IT audits and compliance initiatives.

• Experience with Azure, Activedirectory,VMWareandHyperV.

• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

Education/Certifications:

• B.Tech/M.Techin Computer Science,Informationsystemsorrelated field

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation).
