About the Role

We're looking for a Supply & Contracting Manager who can build, manage, and optimize our supply ecosystem across destinations.

This role goes beyond coordination — it's about owning vendor relationships, negotiating the best deals, and ensuring seamless execution of travel experiences.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that every trip we deliver is not only memorable but also operationally efficient and cost-effective..

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply for international destinations (Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Travel to destinations and manage on-site supplier relationships
• Conduct hotel visits, contract negotiations, and rate discussions in person
• Build strong partnerships with international DMCs, hotels, and tourism boards
• Handle pricing, quotations, and package creation for outbound travel
• Track destination trends, seasonality, and competitor benchmarking
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and revenue growth
• Improve SOPs and ensure smooth execution of bookings

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years in international (outbound) travel supply / contracting
• Experience with hotels, DMCs, or global suppliers
• Strong skills in negotiation, pricing & supplier management
• On-ground / on-site international exposure is a must
• Prior experience in OTA / B2B travel companies preferred
