Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anklesvar for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for demand planning, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and procurement. Daily responsibilities include forecasting demand, overseeing the supply chain process, maintaining inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and implementing cost-effective procurement strategies while ensuring operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to develop accurate forecasts and data-driven strategies
- Proficiency in Supply Management and Inventory Management for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring stock levels
- Experience in Procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and cost management
- Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in supply chain and procurement software tools
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sector is advantageous
