Role OverviewManage end-to-end supply chain operations, including supplier management, procurement, inventory, production, and customer order fulfilment in a jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendors: gold, diamonds, and jewellery manufacturers
- Plan procurement based on demand and forecasts
- Handle inventory (raw materials & finished goods) across SKUs
- Maintain and validate BOM (gold weight, diamonds, components)
- Coordinate production and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track orders from manufacturing to delivery
- Ensure quality standards and certifications (IGI/GIA)
- Optimize cost, lead time, and supply chain efficiency
Requirements- 25 years of experience in jewellery/gems & diamonds
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and sourcing
- Experience in inventory, BOM, and vendor management
- Good with Excel / ERP systems
