Supply Chain Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier management. Responsibilities include analyzing supply chain performance, ensuring efficient inventory levels, building relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet business goals is essential to this role.

• Proficiency in Demand Planning and effective forecasting techniques
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in Supply Management and Procurement, including vendor negotiations and contract management
• Expertise in Inventory Management to optimize stock levels and reduce costs
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant supply chain management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are a plus
