Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct detailed analysis of current Supply Chain processes within the Vendor Risk Supply Chain team.
- Support the Business Excellence (BE) program by identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving.
Project Management & Business Case Development:
- Collaborate with BE consultants and cross-functional teams to shortlist projects aimed at optimizing Supply Chain operations.
- Develop business cases using data analysis, presenting them to HODs and senior management for approval.
- Post-approval, support in creating Project Charters and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
MIS Development & Reporting:
- Develop and circulate Monthly MIS on the progress of projects, providing insights and highlighting challenges, as well as savings achieved.
- Proactively address roadblocks and work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of short-listed projects.
Process Improvement & Vendor Risk Management:
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize vendor risk management processes.
- Streamline workflows and establish quality assurance measures for vendor risk assessments, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational excellence principles into the vendor risk management lifecycle.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve Supply Chain goals.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the competency and skill development of team members.

- Business Case Development:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect data, perform analysis, and present business cases for approval.
- KPIs: Closure of business cases within defined timelines.
- Project Charter Creation:
- Develop detailed Project Charters after business case approval, defining success criteria, risks, and timelines.
- KPIs: Timely sign-off of Project Charters from BE Core/Steering Committee.
- Program Management:
- Circulate MIS reports regularly, highlighting project progress, challenges, and roadblocks.
- KPIs: Timely MIS circulation, Proactive issue resolution.
- Supply Chain Efficiency:
- Develop strategies to optimize and enhance Supply Chain efficiency.
- KPIs: Percentage improvement in Supply Chain efficiency.

- Foster a collaborative team environment and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- BE in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering + MBA.
- Functional Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain management and Business Excellence Projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, business case development, and data analysis.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Supply Chain tools, MIS development, and vendor risk management.
- Expertise in analyzing complex data sets and presenting actionable insights.
