Fire & Safety Manager

• Ensure proper functioning, routine inspection, and maintenance of fire safety, firefighting, and detection systems

• Supervise all fire safety maintenance activities across the premises

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and investigate incidents if required

• Issue work permits including hot work permits after evaluating safety conditions

• Define roles during emergencies and conduct mock drills to ensure preparedness

• Conduct regular fire safety training for staff including security and maintenance teams

• Drive fire safety awareness programs for building occupants

• Implement SOPs for fire and safety equipment and processes

• Coordinate with local firefighting agencies during emergencies

• Conduct evacuation drills and annual mock drills for clients

• Liaise with government authorities for NOCs and regulatory approvals
