Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Coimbatore. The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions process, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and providing personalized strategies to help them achieve their study-abroad goals. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, advising on program selection, assisting with application processes, and delivering exceptional customer service to address student queries and concerns. The role requires close collaboration with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure optimal guidance and support throughout the journey.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving academic and professional success
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions
  • Customer Service expertise to provide prompt and supportive responses to student inquiries and concerns
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and familiarity with study-abroad programs, application processes, and standardized tests
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage tasks and responsibilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely support for students
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in student counseling or education consultancy is a plus
