This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth and achieving set targets in alignment with company objectives.

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Coimbatore
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage
