Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with all airport and airline regulations and policies Assist passengers with check-in boarding and baggage processes Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area Provide support to passengers with special needs or requests Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace Basic computer skills Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for career growth and development Join our team and be a part of the exciting world of airport and airline operations
