Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail sales based in Coimbatore,chennai,Erode. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, providing exceptional service tailored to individual needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, showcasing merchandise, building relationships with clients, and offering a high-quality shopping experience in line with the standards of Kirtilals legacy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Retail Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diamond and gold jewelry products to effectively assist customers.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent Communication abilities to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages for effective interaction is desirable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
