Role Description

Avaan Intellect in collaboration with Desh bhagat university punjab University

Designation: Admission Counselor(Student Counselor)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help students understand eligibility criteria, admission process, and scholarships in BBA- Logistics program, its career opportunities, and industry demand

2. Guide students in choosing the specialzed course logistics within logistics.

3. Track student inquiries and convert potential leads into enrolled students.

4. Assist in reducing dropouts by ensuring a smooth admission process.

5. Assist students in filling out applications and submitting required documents.

6. Ensure students meet deadlines for application and enrollment.

7. Verify and cross-check submitted documents for completeness.

7. Conduct school/college visits, career fairs, and educational seminars to promote the program.

9. Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, brochures, and email campaigns.

10. Work with faculty, finance, and administration teams to assist students.

11. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.

12. Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions.

13. Prepare reports on admission trends, lead conversion rates, and outreach program success.

14. Ensure admissions meet university and UGC regulations.

15. Keep student information confidential and secure.

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling with a focus on guiding students towards appropriate educational and professional goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, enabling clear and empathetic interactions with students and their families.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education, with the ability to understand diverse learning needs.
