Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mohali, India. The Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly to provide a seamless experience. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer support, handling communication across multiple channels, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships
• Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience through active listening and personalized solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer service and CRM tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field is advantageous
