Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Chandigarh. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning their trips, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities include providing expert travel advice, coordinating itineraries, assisting with customer inquiries, and managing booking processes with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in arranging Travel Plans and Booking travel arrangements
• Skill in Customer Service, including addressing client needs and resolving issues
• Ability to execute Reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes with precision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations
• Relevant certifications or a background in Travel and Tourism is preferred
