Job Description: Strategy, Business Planning & Change Management
Position Overview
A strategic role managing programs for the Managing Director's office in Project & Development Services (PDS), with a strong external focus on building brand visibility, ecosystem development, formation of Client Advisory Board, setting up a market research function, and the next phase of PDS 2.0 brand both internally and externally.
Additionally, the role would also manage One JLL initiatives, focus on business analysis, strategic planning, client relationship excellence, and high-level executive support. This role directly supports the Hub and MD performance and strategic and qualitative objectives while ensuring seamless client experience and successful organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's office business operations, including strategic planning and executive support
- Conduct business reviews, create research and market updates, reports and presentations for the MD on non-BAU initiatives, for example:
- Presentations at APAC or Global level
- New global strategy development
- Hosting global leadership team workshops
- Help build business plans for new sectors/services
- Client and Account Management Excellence
- Support strategic client relationship development and account growth initiatives
- Build and stabilize team for market research, competition analysis and more
- Build strategic client facing programs like CAB for PDS, StepUp
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and develop improvement strategies
- Maintain strategic account intelligence and competitive positioning analysis
- External Brand Development & Market Positioning
- Drive PDS brand visibility initiatives and external market presence
- Work with broader marcom teams to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance PDS thought leadership
- Position PDS strategically within the broader real estate ecosystem
- Client Advisory Board & Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and manage the Client Advisory Board (CAB) for PDS 2.0
- Develop strategic client engagement frameworks and partnership initiatives
- One JLL Integration & Cross-Business Collaboration
- Lead Managing One JLL initiatives to strengthen PDS positioning within JLL
- Coordinate Step Up programs and cross-business integration efforts
- Ensure PDS strategic objectives align with broader JLL corporate strategy
- Lead Strategic Transformation Initiatives. Change Management : Next phase implementation
- Design and implement comprehensive organizational transformation programs
- Develop management strategies and communication plans for major initiatives
- Accelerated growth plans and market expansion strategies
- Internal organizational restructuring and operational optimization
- Digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives
- Align strategies across organizational levels and represent the Hub/Country at strategic forums
