Job Description

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes for improvement opportunities

• Design and implement process improvement strategies across functions

• Create process flowcharts, SOPs, and standard operating instructions

• Collect and analyze data to identify root cause issues and performance gaps

• Lead process transition activities ensuring smooth stakeholder experience

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and process transformation initiatives

• Ensure effective change management including training and communication

• Improve customer experience through faster resolution and service efficiency

• Use tools like Excel and Anaplan for process modeling and analysis

• Translate spreadsheet models into structured analytical systems

• Support sales operations and incentive-related process improvements

• Deliver presentations, reports, and training on process improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with process governance and quality standards

• Collaborate with global teams for process standardization
