This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Noida. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include team training, maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication with team members and customers to create a vibrant and efficient gaming environment.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure a positive customer experience
• Experience with Escrow and Title Insurance processes to support business operations
• Proven ability in staff Training to enhance team productivity and service quality
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage store operations efficiently
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues proactively
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
