This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Patiala. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage store activities, lead a team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, implementing retail policies, preventing loss, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Store Manager will also be responsible for fostering positive customer relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Strong Store Management experience to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and achieve sales targets.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders professionally.
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect assets.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to guide the team and address challenges effectively.
• Experience in retail or fashion store management is preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Patiala.
