Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Delhi, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be expected to lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
- Proven experience in Store Management, including team leadership and achieving sales goals
- Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices and techniques
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in a management role within the retail industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
