Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lajpat Nagar for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. Responsibilities include managing store staff, meeting sales targets, enforcing retail loss prevention strategies, and resolving customer queries to ensure satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Operations
• Effective Communication skills to manage staff and assist customers
• Background in Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and operations
• Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in handling inventory management systems is a plus
• Prior experience in retail or apparel sectors is highly desirable
