Store Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and leading the store team. The role includes managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
