This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist cum Store Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and addressing vision-related concerns, and recommending appropriate eyewear solutions. Additionally, the Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure a seamless customer experience, manage inventory, and lead the team to meet sales targets. The role combines clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing vision-related conditions
• Experience in customer service, sales, and providing eyewear recommendations tailored to individual needs
• Strong managerial and leadership skills for overseeing store operations and team performance
• Organizational and inventory management skills, with attention to operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• A degree in Optometry is required; prior managerial experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs
