Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory control, maintaining visual merchandising standards, addressing customer inquiries, implementing loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive store environment to drive growth and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills to efficiently oversee operations and safeguard business assets
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to meet and exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, resolve issues, and ensure smooth store operations
• Experience in inventory management and staff training would be advantageous
• Proactive leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in retail management software is a plus
