Location - Entire Madhya Pradesh (Store)

Employment Type - Full-Time, Permanent Grade / Level Store Manager

About the Role

Lead overall store operations to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and develop the store team; drive performance through coaching and appraisals. Ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and company policies. Manage inventory, shrinkage control, and rostering. Liaise with HO for promotions and audits. Analyse daily/weekly MIS reports and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5–6 years of retail experience (Apparels) and 2-3 years in handling large retail stores as Store Manager.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic understanding of retail SOPs and customer service standards.
• Team handling and coordination abilities.
