Location: Delhi NCR

Salary - Up to 10 LPA

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager who can independently lead store sales, customer experience, team management, and overall store operations. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to manage premium retail operations efficiently.
The primary focus of the role will be achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, increasing conversion and repeat business, while ensuring smooth daily store functioning as per company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities (KRA Focus)
1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets.
- Drive category-wise and individual salesperson productivity.
- Increase conversion ratio, average billing value (ABV), and units per bill (UPT).
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer leads, walk-ins, and appointments.
- Maximize repeat customer business and customer retention.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies during exhibitions, festive periods, and promotional activities.
2. Customer Experience & Client Relationship
- Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury retail experience.
- Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally.
- Ensure strong customer engagement and personalized selling.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive store ambience.
- Build long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat visits.
3. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team for target achievement.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews with staff.
- Ensure grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity of team members.
- Train team on product knowledge, selling skills, SOPs, and customer handling.
- Maintain a positive and performance-driven work culture.
4. Store Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards and store presentation.
- Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment, tagging, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and backend teams for smooth functioning.
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with operational SOPs.
- Monitor cash handling, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure store hygiene, maintenance, and operational discipline.
5. Stock Handling & Inventory Control
- Ensure accurate stock management and inventory discipline at the store level.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement properly.
- Maintain proper stock availability on the floor to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely replenishment from warehouse/back stock.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, pilferage, and inventory mismatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams for stock planning and allocation.
- Ensure ageing stock movement through proper sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of alterations, holds, transfers, and customer orders.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory and take corrective actions.
- Ensure SOP compliance for stock handling, dispatches, and inventory processes.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Analyze store performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Track team KPIs and customer feedback.
- Maintain proper records related to sales, stock movement, and store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail store management.
- Strong experience in handling sales targets and store operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage high-end premium retail environment.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and team productivity management.
- Experience in ethnic wear/premium fashion retail preferred.
