Requirements
Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min
2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store
manager handled a team of 5+ people.
- Expert in Microsoft office.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and
exceeding customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus
on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure
smooth and efficient store operations.
- Strong team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
team interaction and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data,
identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising,
stock management.
- Understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.
