We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.


Key Responsibilitie

  • sDrive store sales and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
  • .Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards
  • .Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
  • .Monitor key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity
  • .Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and shrinkage prevention
  • .Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in-store marketing initiatives
  • .Handle customer escalations and ensure a superior shopping experience
  • .Manage cash handling, billing operations, and store compliance requirements
  • .Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations

Desired Candidate Profi

  • leGraduate/Postgraduate in any disciplin
  • e.3–8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Ethnic Wear, or Lifestyle Retai
  • l.Proven experience in store operations and team managemen
  • t.Strong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory managemen
  • t.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skill
  • s.Ability to drive sales and build high-performing team
  • s.Proficiency in MS Office and retail system
