We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDrive store sales and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
- .Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards
- .Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
- .Monitor key retail KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity
- .Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and shrinkage prevention
- .Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in-store marketing initiatives
- .Handle customer escalations and ensure a superior shopping experience
- .Manage cash handling, billing operations, and store compliance requirements
- .Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations

- leGraduate/Postgraduate in any disciplin
- e.3–8 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Ethnic Wear, or Lifestyle Retai
- l.Proven experience in store operations and team managemen
