Store Manager Location: Fort - Mumbai

Reports to: Operations Manager/Retail Head

Are you a dynamic retail leader who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store profitability We're looking for a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a premium retail environment.

What You Will Lead:

End-to-end store operations

Front & back-of-house teams

Customer experience excellence

Sales performance & merchandise planning

Staff development, training & communication

Loss prevention, cash & stock controls

Operational efficiency & resource management

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and optimize store profitability

Ensure strong visual merchandising aligned with customer demand

Maintain ideal stock levels & collaborate with buying/operations

Train teams on product knowledge + retail systems

Manage customer escalations professionally

Recruit, develop, and appraise store staff

Uphold grooming standards, discipline, and store culture

Protect store assets and drive cost-saving opportunities

Maintain top-tier housekeeping and store presentation

What We're Looking For:

Senior retail experience (luxury is mandatory)

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and calm under pressure

Computer literacy

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus!)
