Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves leading and motivating a team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies to protect the store's assets. The Store Manager will cultivate a positive customer service culture within the team and ensure smooth operational functioning to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Store Management skills, including overseeing operations and achieving sales targets
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain a high standard of shopper experience
• Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
• Excellent Communication skills for team leadership and customer interactions
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or footwear brands
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement action plans to drive business performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
