Role Description

The Store Manager for Siemens Brand in Surat will oversee daily store operations, manage a team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining an optimal store layout, implementing retail loss prevention measures, coordinating product displays, and driving sales performance. The individual is expected to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Store Management with experience managing operations and coordinating staff
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure optimal experiences for clientele
• Excellent Communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and team members
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and reduce shrinkage
• Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline is advantageous
