Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Surat. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewelry selections, ensuring a superior shopping experience. Daily tasks involve understanding customer needs, showcasing products, achieving sales targets, maintaining display aesthetics, and addressing inquiries professionally. Additionally, they will build strong client relationships and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets
• Product knowledge in jewelry, including gold and diamond collections, is an advantage
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain store aesthetics
• Adaptability and a collaborative team player mindset
• Prior experience in retail or luxury goods sales is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Sales or Retail Management are a plus
