Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient store management, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and the ability to achieve business objectives.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage store operations, collaborate with team members, and address customer inquiries.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving results.
• Prior experience inMedical or Automobile Industry plus.
• Bachelor's degree or B.E in Business Management
