Role Overview
The Store Manager will lead and manage a store as a complete business unit, driving both Sales and Service operations. The role owns store-level P&L, customer experience, team productivity, and operational excellence.
Candidates from Automobile (EV preferred), BFSI, FMCG, or FMCD industries will be preferred.
Location available - Karnataka , North ,Rajasthan , Tamil Nadu , Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Ownership
* Own the store P&L and drive sales and service revenue targets.
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
* Optimize store profitability and cost structures.
2. Sales & Service Operations
* Oversee daily sales and after-sales operations.
* Ensure strong coordination between sales and service teams.
* Drive SOP adherence and operational discipline.
3. Customer Experience
* Own customer promise delivery at store level.
* Monitor NPS, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
* Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Team Leadership
* Lead, coach, and manage cross-functional store teams.
* Drive productivity, performance metrics, and discipline standards.
* Conduct regular reviews and capability-building initiatives.
5. Planning, Control & Compliance
* Manage staffing, inventory, and demand planning.
* Track MIS, KPIs, and store performance metrics.
* Ensure expense control, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Desired Profile
* Graduate / MBA preferred.
* 48 years of experience in retail or store management.
* Background in Automobile (EV preferred), BFSI, FMCG, or FMCD.
* Strong business acumen and customer lifecycle understanding.
* Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments.
* High ownership mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
