We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager.
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Team Size: 0406 Staff Members
Store Size: 1500+ sq. ft.
The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience while maintaining PUMA's global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage end-to-end daily store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 0406 retail staff to meet KPIs and performance goals
- Train and coach team members to deliver consistently high customer service standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and physical stock counts
- Ensure all visual merchandising and store presentation meet or exceed Brand standards
- Maintain store infrastructure and coordinate timely maintenance
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and the brand
- Handle daily cash and card settlements and ensure timely reporting as per SOPs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Assign duties effectively to ensure smooth store functioning
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Based in Gujarat (Rajkot/Ahmedabad preferred)
- Strong passion for and understanding of the brand
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail
- Background from a reputed retail/lifestyle / fashion brand
- Proven ability to manage store operations, sales targets, and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with experience handling medium-sized teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills
- Ability to train, develop, and retain high-performing store teams
