Tamannaah Fine Jewellery is seeking a seasoned and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship Mumbai boutique. As the face of the brand in-store, you will ensure that every interaction reflects our values of modernity, storytelling, and meaningful luxury. You will manage operations, mentor the team, and deliver a client experience that is personal, elevated, and style-led.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and inspiring.
  • Cultivate a deeply personalised client experience that blends hospitality, education, and styling.
  • Manage and coach a small team to uphold a high standard of service and storytelling.
  • Oversee inventory management, client appointments, and daily operational flows.
  • Plan and host in-store events and styling sessions in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Report on store performance and customer insights to head office.
  • Assisting customers in their jewellery selection and purchase journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop post-purchase communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty according to company standards.
  • Work with the larger Tamannaah Fine Jewellery team to define and refine store processes and standard operating procedures

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years in luxury retail or fine jewellery
  • Prior store management experience
  • Strong fashion, styling, or hospitality sensibility
