Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for the role of Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the store's overall performance and ambiance. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing retail operations, onboarding and training staff, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and lead a team
- Proven experience in Store Management and handling retail operations
- Knowledge and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to create a motivated and dedicated team
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in the retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry is highly desirable
