Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining store compliance with organizational policies, minimizing losses, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in handling team management and ensuring operational efficiency
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the retail industry and a diploma or degree in Management or related fields is preferred
