Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager in the furniture industry, based in Delhi. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless functioning and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, maintaining optimal inventory levels, implementing loss-prevention measures, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires leading and motivating the store team, addressing customer queries, and delivering outstanding service while upholding AE Living's values and commitment to refined living.

• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
• Proven experience in Store Management, including supervising daily operations and maintaining efficient workflow.
• Ability to handle and manage clients professionally, ensuring smooth interactions and relationship building.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting, documentation, and operational coordination.
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and implementing security protocols to protect store assets.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide the team and achieve business objectives.
• Prior experience in luxury retail or the furniture industry is an added advantage.
