Role Overview
Join our Ahmedabad store team and become the face of Uni Seoul. You'll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences while ensuring smooth store operations and driving daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection, queries, and billing.
- Offer product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain visually appealing displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations with accuracy.
- Support inventory management, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Contribute to store targets and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
What You'll Bring
- 6 months to 1 year of retail or customer service experience (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A presentable, friendly, and customer-first attitude.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and comfort with digital tools.
