As a Senior Retail Sales Executive at JUSTDOGS, you will be the face of our brand on the shop floor, engaging with pet parents to understand their needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting our spa services. You will also oversee smooth execution of online and home delivery orders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist pet parents, offering expert advice on products, nutrition, and accessories tailored to their pets needs.
- Actively promote spa and grooming packages to drive service sales.
- Manage the end-to-end process for online orders and home deliveries, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Maintain attractive and well-organised visual merchandising on the shop floor.
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the team for replenishment, and report shortages.
- Support junior sales staff with product knowledge and upselling techniques.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in pet care, lifestyle, or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for pets and comfort in handling animals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and online order management.
Preferred
- Prior experience in pet industry or veterinary retail.
- Local market knowledge.
