We are hiring a Transformation Manager – Supply Chain Digitalization with a strong focus on requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of digital solutions across the supply chain organization. The role acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that supply chain needs are clearly articulated, well structured, and successfully rolled out. This position is not an implementation or engineering role, but a business driven change and enablement role.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role :
- Act as a business‑side driver for supply chain digitalization and automation initiatives, with a strong focus on change, engagement, and adoption
- Build strong relationships with supply chain stakeholders to understand pain points, manual processes, and opportunities for automation
- Plan, structure, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and shape clear, business‑driven automation and digitalization use cases
- Actively engage stakeholders who may be hesitant or less interested, and steer discussions towards actionable requirements
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and hand them over to data engineering or technical implementation teams
- Coordinate pilot phases by identifying suitable user groups and supporting testing activities
- Be responsible for structured rollout of new digital and automation solutions and guide users through the change journey
- Design and deliver trainings, enablement sessions, and communication materials to ensure sustainable adoption
- Monitor usage and adoption post‑rollout and proactively address adoption barriers within the supply chain community
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in change management, business transformation, or digital enablement, ideally in a supply chain or operations environment
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into well‑structured use cases for technical teams
- Excellent workshop design and facilitation skills, with the ability to actively engage users and drive discussions towards concrete outcomes
- Willingness to understand supply chain processes and operational workflows
- Good understanding of analytics and digital solutions from a business user perspective (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, automation solutions)
- Experience supporting solution rollout, training, and user adoption is essential
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels, including senior management, with the ability to motivate users and manage resistance to change
