Role Description

Mirah Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and professional Steward / Captain to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves overseeing day-to-day food and beverage service operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and seamless food service, assisting with staff training, managing guest interactions, and maintaining a polished and welcoming dining environment. This individual will play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding Mirah's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including food service best practices
• Proficiency in Training staff to maintain quality and ensure high performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a guest-centric approach
• Prior experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
