Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Consignment Manager role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing the consignment process end-to-end, including building and maintaining client relationships, authenticating luxury items, and pricing products accurately. The manager will oversee authentication ,quality control, inventory management, and client relationship maintanence.

salary - 45k to start

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of luxury brands and prior background or experience in the luxury merchandising
• Require someone who showcases empathy and has a pleasant demeanour to interact with clients in person
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication.
• Knowledge research in Luxury Item Authentication, Quality Control, and Pricing.
• Experience in Inventory Management and Operations processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, ensuring shared goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow ups.
• Bachelor's degree / background in Fashion Merchandising / management or a related field is preferred. or experience in a similar field
