Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Update customer details and interaction records in the system
- Meet daily productivity, attendance, and performance targets
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- HSC / Graduate freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience in BPO / customer service preferred
