Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative, located in Thane. The responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate product or service information, addressing complaints, and identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions or products. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and keeping detailed records of customer transactions and interactions.
