Job Description
This role will report into the Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics and will be based out of India. The person will support development and execution of Honeywell's strategy. Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Support the annual strategic planning process (STRAP) in collaboration with global business-line leaders, functional leaders, and regional strategy teams
- Provide cross-business and cross-divisional support in strategy formulation, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic partnerships
- Lead deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses for breakthrough growth opportunities and emerging/disruptive industry trends
- Build and maintain Honeywell's authoritative view of its competitive landscape - industry sizing (TAM/SAM/market share), competitor strategies, and market dynamics
- Drive strategy execution processes globally - develop executable action plans with local and global strategy leaders and track performance against strategic commitments
- Support M&A research, due diligence, and portfolio health evaluation to inform inorganic growth decisions

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of relevant experience across both strategy and operational roles. Ideal profiles would have the following:
- 3+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
- 3+ years in an operating role (Engineering/ Operations/ Product Management) preferably in an Energy/Industrial/Technology company
- Rigorous analytical capability combined with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives for C-level audiences
- Ability to lead and influence in a complex matrix organization across local and global stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning frameworks
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution preferred
