Job Description

TESCRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in selling IT Services to Global In-House Centers (GICs), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and IT Captives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent client relationship management skills, and deep understanding of the Digital Engineering and IT services landscape.

 

This role requires a high-performing professional who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and client acquisition to relationship stewardship and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Drive end-to-end sales processes for TESCRA's IT services portfolio, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and win new clients within the GIC/GCC/IT Captive ecosystem.

Client Stewardship: Conduct regular stewardship meetings, maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure consistent delivery of client-specific reports and updates.

Revenue Management: Be responsible for achieving annual sales and revenue targets, with a proven record of generating minimum ₹20 million in recent years.

Solution Positioning: Present TESCRA's service offerings — including Digital Engineering, Application Development, Cloud, Data, and Emerging Technologies — to prospective clients.

Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand TESCRA's footprint within the IT services domain and GCC landscape.

Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, solution, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs and TESCRA's capabilities.

Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and management reports.

Brand Representation: Represent TESCRA at client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to Large GICs, GCCs, and IT Captives in India or globally.
  • Proven ability to achieve annual revenue of ₹20 million or more.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Engineering, Application Services, Cloud, and Enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Excellent client stewardship and account management capabilities.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
  • High degree of business acumen, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; MBA preferred.
