Job Description

14+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud platform, AI, and Angular framework.
Solid background in building scalable, distributed systems using technologies such as Spring Boot (Core, AOP, Transactions, Data, Security), Cassandra, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Docker, and others.
Experience with security best practices and protocols including SSL/TLS and OAuth.
Hands-on experience in architecture and design patterns, applying industry-leading best practices to build enterprise-grade products and components.
Proven success in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven track record in building and scaling software applications.
Experience recruiting and hiring top-tier engineering talent.
Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional team environments.
