POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive with experience in the corrugation or packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New customer acquisition & business development
- Revenue growth through new and existing clients
- Market development and expansion
- Sales pipeline management and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, etc.)
- Sample development and approval coordination
- Customer onboarding and first order execution
- Customer analysis and market intelligence
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–5 years experience in corrugation / packaging / manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Email
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Existing client network in Packaging / Automobile / FMCG / Food / Home Appliance / Engineering / Logistics
- Strong presentation and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and target-driven
EDUCATION
- Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
